Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism is an act committed by an author involving the use of another person’s work without permission, acknowledgment, proper citation, or attribution (including self-plagiarism in certain cases). Authors submitting articles to JBIDAI must ensure that their work is free from any form of plagiarism. If other works are used, they must be cited appropriately.

Authors are also prohibited from engaging in duplicate publication, i.e., submitting the same manuscript to multiple publishers simultaneously. Such practices are considered violations of publication ethics and are strictly unacceptable. JBIDAI actively screens all submitted articles for plagiarism using third-party software, namely Turnitin.
